Once you have placed an order for one of our products on the website, an automatically generated email will inform you that your order has been taken, When we recieve a similar email, and costs of the item(s) have been processed, the item will then be dispatched to the address specified on the invoice we recieve from you
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.
You undertake that all details you provide to Handryersuk.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
HandryersUK reserves the right to change any products, costs, or services at any time.
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
Items will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days (please see individual product pages for estimated delivery times), this will apply if all details in section 1.0 have been met successfully. If your item does not arrive within 7 working days you should then contact us, and we will do our best to find out where your item(s) is at the present time, and get the goods to you as quickly as we can.
PLEASE NOTE - Items can also be dispatched outside of the UK. If you wish for products to be shipped outside of the UK, please contact us for accurate shipping costs.
Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of shipping by HandryersUK. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
3.0 Warranty Statement
3.1 - All products located on our website have separate Guarantee periods. If any of our products breakdown etc, either in the noted guarantee period of that particular item, you should either call our helpline, or contact us via email, and we will deal with your discrepancy quickly and efficiently.
3.2 - HandryersUK offer an extended warranty period for Hand Dryers only. Depending on the model of Hand Dryer a warranty period of up to 10 years can be obtained. If you require a further warranty on any Hand Dryer purchased, please contact us.
3.3 - The warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of any product resulting from Vandalism, misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you, or failure caused by a product for which HandryersUK is not responsible. The warranty is voided by removal or alteration of Machine or parts identification labels.
3.4 - To ensure that your hand dryers are safely fitted, you should arrange for a qualified NICEIC electrician to install your product(s) If you cannot find a suitable electrician, please contact us.
4.0 Return & Cancellation
4.1 - Before returning any item to HandryersUK, you must contact us with a return request, which will be accessed by a member of our staff. The return request must be sent to us within 90 days of purchase. We have the right to decline your request if it is beyond this number of days.
4.2 - Any item returned as not required after the 90 day period will incur a 2.5% handling and administration charge
4.3 - A cancellation request must be received within 90 days of purchasing any product(s) please contact us via email or phone
4.4 - You are not obliged to specify the reason for your cancellation within the stated 90 days period. We would however appreciate a brief explanation so that we can help to improve of offerings to customers in the future.
4.5 - Within the 90-day period you have the option to return the goods by your own method. However, responsibility for the hand dryer(s) is yours until it/they arrive back to HandryersUK as is the cost of returning the hand dryer(s), we therefore urge you to use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature on delivery. Please Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods HandryersUK reserves the right to seek compensation. We shall not charge you for delivery out of the hand dryer(s) if delivery is arranged by yourselves within 90 days.
4.6 - If you would like to return a hand dryer after this 90-day cooling off period, You will be charged for the delivery of the hand dryer(s) out to you as well as the cost of collecting the hand dryers. The amount will be made aware to you before collection is arranged. We reserve the right to impose restocking charges relating to the items of up to 25% of the purchase value.
4.7 - Please note after 90 days have passed, you will no longer be entitled to return your hand dryer(s), unless it/they is/are defective. This does not affect your consumer rights. We reserve the right to impose restocking charges relating to the items that are non-defective. Please note the 90-day satisfaction guarantee excludes any non-hand dryer products including the Dyson Airblade Tap range.
4.8 If you fail to take reasonable care of the hand dryer(s) before they are returned to us and the result is damage or deterioration, we will seek damages from you for the reduction in value.
5.1 - All rentals remain the property of HandryersUK throughout the rental terms, and are fully maintained by HandryersUK, with the exclusion of any vandalism of the Hand Dryers, which is the responsibility of the hirer, and any damage encountered must be paid for by the hirer.
